Gratitude Walk

A Gratitude Walk is a mindful, peaceful journey through nature designed to help you slow down, reflect, and cultivate appreciation for the present moment. As you walk, you’ll be guided to focus on the simple beauty around you—whether it's the sound of birds singing, the feel of the earth beneath your feet, or the colors of the sky. With each step, you'll pause to acknowledge the things in your life that you’re grateful for, grounding yourself in feelings of abundance, peace, and connection. This walk is not just about movement but about fostering a sense of deep gratitude and presence in your body and surroundings. Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, joy, and a moment to reconnect with what truly matters.

WHAT TO EXPECT: A mindful, intentional walking meditation (forest bath), with pauses for guided teachings inspired by nature’s elements, includes a heart-opening cacao ceremony and a sharing circle by the Sandy River. The experience concludes with a water blessing and an opportunity to foster community and let your inner child play in nature.

My intention is to create a new experience that guides you through the forest, tapping into the core teachings these lands provide; health & calmness, happiness & joy, gratitude & reciprocity, awareness & connectedness.

TAKE HOME: Simple daily practices, rituals, and new copings tools. You may feel lighter, more at peace with yourself, connected to earth and your heart, and have a new perspective about nature. Also, a handmade nature gift to remind us of all the teachings we learned throughout this experience.
