Waterfall Healing Hike

  • Wahclella Falls Wahclella Falls Trail Cascade Locks, OR, 97014 United States (map)

Do you yearn for tranquility, serenity, and the embrace of nature? Struggling to make time for outdoor excursions? Feeling secluded and disconnected? This therapeutic trek is crafted to help us unwind, reconnect with our bodies through sensory immersion, and marvel at the wonders of our surroundings. Simply being in the presence of flowing water can soothe the soul and foster inner peace. Come along with me and embark on a transformative journey, where we'll partake in walking meditation and witness the majestic beauty of a cascading waterfall.

WHAT TO EXPECT: A slow, intentional walking meditation, paired with guided teachings founded in natures elements, a water offering & sharing circle next to a powerful waterfall, ending with building community and letting your inner child play in nature.

My intention is to create a new experience that guides you through the valley, tapping into the core teachings these lands provide; health & calmness, happiness & joy, gratitude & reciprocity, awareness & connectedness.

TAKE HOME: Simple daily practices, rituals, and new copings tools. You may feel lighter, more at peace with yourself, connected to earth and your heart, and have a new perspective about nature. Also, a handmade nature gift to remind us of all the teachings we learned throughout this experience.
